[Accidental video]

[Once he's had time to calm down (mostly) and wash off all the dirt from Purgatory, Dean focuses his attention on making the World Mobile do what he wants. Unfortunately, what he wants is to contact his brother, so he won't be finding much success.

But he does end up turning on the video function without realizing it as he fumbles around with the device.]

--piece of crap, mobile communication my ass! Call Sam.

[He pauses a moment, and you can hear a few beeping noises, like he's trying to dial a number, but it's no-go.]

Son of a bitch!

[Frustrated, he chucks the WM onto his bed, which also cuts off the video feed.]

[he shakes his head.] Nooo, I don't think so. I've seen a bunch of tall guys tho, but I dunno if they're your brother.

[He sighs heavily in frustration.] You know the way outta here at least?

[he shakes his head once more.] Nope. There's some weird looking train station, but-- I haven't gotten on it yet.

[Usually, he likes to give an alias, but this is serious. If anyone runs into Sam, they'll need to use real names.]

...Not exactly. More like the rifle's named after the dude who started the company. It's a common name.

Oh. [a moments pause.] Is it? That name's not really common where I'm from.

[Ah, no wonder he was having trouble with the name. But Dean's pretty impressed at how well this kid speaks English, not realizing his WM is doing the translating for him.]

Yeah, doubt you'd find many Winchesters there.

Hehe, nope. If there is someone with that name then they're probably a foreigner. [he cocks his head to the side.] Where are you from?

America.

[That's about as specific as Dean can get. He hasn't had a real home since he was five.]

[his eyes light up at that.] Woah! Really? Have you ever been to New York?

[Dean replies with a nod.]

I've been all over.

Really? Where else have you been? I've only been to New York, and that was to visit Mimi-san.

I lost track of most of 'em. Chicago, St. Louis, Baltimore, L.A., Detroit, too many small towns all over the country to count.

[his eyes widen comically.] R-Really?! Wooahhh! That's so cool! What was it like?

Awesome. Me and my brother even went on a real movie set.

[It was actually kind of awful, but Dean knows better than to tell a kid the true nature of his work.]
